Not directly. Back when he was with the Legion of Doom, he didn't always care about collateral damage. Just attacking someone was never his style, even before he reformed.

Lex Luthor is probably the biggest concern. I ran into him when I was working recently. Without Superman to focus on, he might be less of a threat, but it all depends on how the town decides to... motivate us.
